Description

Pillar formwork is performed by combination of flat panels and external corners. Ties are used for plumbing pillars which are pipe and chute types. Internal angle of ties is orthogonal and made in oblique form. Piping ties are tied up to body of mold by a short clamp. Chute tie is used for pillars with 60 * 60 cm dimensions by a long clamp. It is proposed that corners and panels have not same heights to prevent from deforming pillars in high pillars and pillars made by two or several panels. If 150 cm corners are used, it will be better to use 100 and 200 cm panels namely head and end of corners and panels reach to each other in one point.
