Description

This mold is designed and manufactured similar to prefabricated beams, New Jersey mold, channel prefabricated pieces for persons and sewage, cement pipe, breakwater, ringing wall of metro, etc.

These molds are usually made for places with disordered, curved forms without orthogonal angles. Prefabricated pieces mold are used many times consequently, repetition ratio and concreting and transportations conditions shall be considered in design of these molds. Regulation of mold and possibility of opening and closing are considered in design of these molds in addition to loading demolding criteria. Also, planned and window shade walls are in this type.
