Triangular scaffold (Omega)

This scaffold includes tringle frames which are connected in pair and used for formwork slab or beam and also bridges. This scaffold is produced in 0.5 m, 0.75 m, 1 m heights which is adjustable for any height by regulating jacks on top of them. Width of frames of triangular scaffold is 120 cm which may have square or triangular lateral sections. We may gain to sections with various loads by putting several square or triangular scaffolds. Advantages of using triangular scaffold are as follows:

  • simplicity and high speed in closing and opening and no need to spanner for joining
  • high loading in concrete slab formwork in terms of having fixed bevel elements
  • no need to experienced workman and assembly of pieces by simple worker

Triangular scaffold system may be used for repeated formwork and wide and heavy ceilings especially at high heights such as bridges and conjunctions of this system are closed and opened by simple worker without need to spanner. Load of each assembled box may be increased to 14 tons per sq. m in area according to their space and setup. Horizontal halters connected by scaffold pin are installed after putting hoofs in 120 cm space and then, bevel halter is installed to prevent from rhombus form of system in some sections. After reaching to considered height, adjustable jacks are put on their places and beams may be put under ceiling by using wooden, profile, and pipe and soljer exfoliations and floor panels for formwork ceiling after leveling ceiling by screw of jacks. Height of jack shall be decrease up to 10 cm for opening molds and panels are easily sent out of ceilings. Pay attention that this system is not applied for construction facing due to bevel pipes with low spaces in addition to simplicity, durability and being inexpensive and hammer scaffold shall be used instead.
