Arcuate panels are used for performing round sections with 2 to 5.7 m diagonal such as water tanks, grain depots, etc., which include lateral belts and have not transverse belts. Lateral clamps of these panels shall be fornicated by rolling device. According to rolling radius of clamp pipes, conjunct arcuate panels which are connected by medium pin to pipes are fornicated and create modular system of formwork. The pictures show simple and perforated arcuate panels and their assembly method.
For performing arcuate formwork with high diagonal of arc, the pipes are first rolled and then, used as clamp of modular mold. If diagonal of arc is less, arcuate molds are used instead of modular molds. Arcuate molds are used for performing concrete structure such as tanks, depots, etc. These molds are standard like concrete mold but don’t have lateral belt of modular concrete mold. Various curvatures may be provided by considering to radius of rolled pipe of clamp. Arcuate mold are made in different sizes and dimensions like modular molds and connected to rolled pipe by medium clamp. In round or arcuate structures, if its diagonal is less than 2 m such as round pillars and concrete pipes, round mold is used for pillars and Manhool mold is used for concrete pipes. Arcuate molds are used in the structures which are necessary for decrease of simplicity and creation of variety at various angles. Purpose of these plans is decentralization and modification of external loads of construction elements. This type of concrete mold is designed, produced and assembled in projects such as porter and curved pillars and border of deck, coping, handrail in bridges, non-modular platforms and concrete uneven faces such as dome, steel arcuate accessories. Also, creation of linear regular arc is performable in great cylindrical structures such as depots, tanks, towers by a concise change in production of modular flat molds and don’t need to design of special concrete mold. Arcuate molds are used in round structures with 2 to 7.5 m diagonal without lateral stiffener and punched belts and their formwork is described. Finally, round concrete structures which their diagonal is more than 7.5 m are able to use modular molds, therefore, the most suitable status is to use smaller panels in structures with less diagonal for facility of operation. For example, use of flat concrete mold with 30 cm width in structures with 14 m diagonal and use of metal mold with 50 cm width in structures with 20 m diagonal are more suitable.

Types of modular molds produced in Parsian Ghaleb factory are:
- Modular panels with 3 mm cover sheet which their linear edge has double curve and 5 and 6 cm edge.
- Modular panels with 3 mm cover sheet and lateral belt with 5 cm width and 5 mm thickness
- Modular panels with 3 mm cover sheet and lateral belt with 6 cm width and 5 mm thickness
It is mentionable that punch and belts of above panels are similar to punch and belts of other producers. Modular panels with 10 to 50 cm width and 100, 150 and 200 cm length are produced and their dimensions will be changed based on request of customer.
