Description

Considering to lateral pressures of each liquid to its peripheral walls, concrete brings also hydrostatic pressure in lateral and vertical surface of molds. Types of belt and middle belts are used for stability of mold considering to thickness of wall. In hydraulic structures such as water tanks which need to caulk, being buried middle belts are used. These belts are once used and remain in concrete and are two types:

۱-    elastic caulk middle belt which is changeable proportional to thick ness of wall is connected to vertical clamps by nut and washer and external belts (when vertical clamp is soljer, a 45 cm external belt is used and when vertical clamp is next to scaffold pipe, a 35 cm external belt is used).

۲-    Cast-iron caulk middle belt which its size is fixed is connected to vertical clamps by nut and washer and threated belts.
