Description

Due to high expense of bridge formwork and construction, some pieces such as prefabricated concrete bridge and prefabricated concrete beam are designed and produced which are performed in two methods.

First Method:

Slab and beam method: this method is for bridges which have great entrance. This method uses I form beams and concrete slabs are performed with calculated dimensions. After installation of beam, prefabricated concrete slab is put on them and between two beams. At the next step, one or two sets armature and concreting are performed on bridge.

Second method:

Filled slab method is used for bridges with small entrance. The slabs are produced for bridge loading and armature is performed on slabs for solidity of prefabricated section with concrete. Then, two armature sets are performed on bridge and solid slab is gained.
