Horizontal halters shall form primary structure of a square or triangle or polygon on 4 hoofs during arrangement of scaffold until scaffolds gain their main structure following this primary structure. Therefore, any pillar of triangular scaffold is firmed on 3 or 4 structures of horizontal halters.
